Amazing way to start an evening. Only problem is finding Manchego cheese in a uniform block. Most stores sell it triangle-cut and so it cooks unevenly in the oven.

I have made this recipe dozens of times and love it! It is a perfect appetizer served with grilled bread. Don't skimp on the garlic!

Ohhhhhhhh Bobby . . . this was amazing . . . dinner turned out to be a weak afterthought once we had devoured this hors d’œuvre.

We loved this recipe - it was so delicious! I thought the vineagrette on top of the cheese seemed weird but as it turned out, the contrast of the vinager and the cheese was what I really loved about it. We served it ciabatta bread. I wish I'd toasted or grilled the bread. Maybe next time!

Easy, taste and texture! Thanks Bobby. (P.S. We used Panko Crumbs for the bread crumbs. We also served warm Ciabatta bread. People tore off a piece of bread and then used a knife, got some cheese and smeared on the bread. Flavor and texture. Great!

I made this as an appetizer. My friends loved it. I didn't have Sherry Vinegar, so I used rice wine vinegar - it was great!
The cheese is expensive, but worth every cent!

I'm making this for our family Christmas dinner since it went over so well at our tapas party. It's rich, unique, easy, and the perfect addiction!

I made this dish for an outside Tapas party and everyone gobbled it up. Very different and impressive. Manchego is the perfect nutty cheese for this recipe.

This is really delicious! Manchego is very expensive here, $20 a pound. I wonder what cheese might be cheaper and compare in taste and texture when baked?
