This was soooo awesome and soooo easy to make! I cooked it for my friends and fiance, and he loved it so much that I'm cooking it again for his parents!!! This is one of Rachel's best! Thanks Rachel!

this was definitely a keeper. however the recipe for the sauce made way too much. i would cut that in half next time.

I made this beef tenderloin for my Christmas dinner. It was a big hit with my family. It took all of 5 minutes to get it in the oven. Another 5 for the sauce. My Dad was a little leary of the sauce at first. He is a meat and gravy kinda guy, but once he tried it he couldn't deny it was very tasty! I got a great deal on the meat at Findlay Market for fellow Cincinnatians.

FABULOUS! I made this for Christmas dinner and I followed the recipes exactly. The tenderloins cooked to perfection - in 40 minutes! The McCormick steak seasoning is a must. I roasted my own peppers the night before, and the sauce complimented the beef perfectly. Everyone RAVED. Will definitely make this again and again. Thanks, Rachael!

Very, very easy and my guests LOVED it. A little warning on the cost would have been nice. Ordered a 3 pounder...imagine my surprise on Christmas Eve when I picked it up from the butcher....$78.00....Gulp! However, IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I tried this recipie for Christmas Dinner, it was fabulous! Rave reviews from even my kids. I used the red pepper and olive sauce as an appetizer, then ate the rest for lunch warmed up with more bread. LOVED this recipie.
