    It was so good even my husband liked it and he hates cauliflower! I used a little truffle oil and gruyere. Yum!

    Really good and simple recipe. I have made a few times now and just for fun tried a few different toppings. Adding crispy pancetta or ham , shredded cheddar cheese & diced tomatoes. All added a nice color to presentation.

    Delicious soup! Ok, so I modified it a little because it was too thick for my liking. I added a little rosemary to the mixture for a savory flavor and some soy milk for the children who are allergic to dairy. I added a tiny smidge of margarine too for flavor. It turned out so darn good! Very rich and it tastes sinful!

    Cauliflower is inexpensive in our area right now.With a few chilly Nights recently,this is a Terrific soup recipe to add.Smooth&creamy are not usually described by this cruciferous vegetable.Adding a cruchy bite of a "crisp" cheese lace of Any Type is Genius.Thanks Dave for the rescue of either mashed or steamed Cauliflower Only!

    I like the soup better without the cheese crisps, which didn't stay that crisp in the soup for long. The soup was lovely however.

    made this receipe just the way it is. only problem had was getting the tin foil off the cheese chips. Following time sprayed little pam on the foil. Everyone who ate the soup asked for the receipe and they loved it as much as we did. Its a keeper.
