I just added a couple of spigs of fresh thyme to the soup. It is the best with a loaf of warm bread (I made olive oil, sea salt and rosemary bread and a simple salad.
This soup freezes beautifully. Great for a quick dinner when frozen in smaller portions.

Easy to make and my husband, who originally turned his nose up at the idea of cauliflower soup, all but licked the bottom of his bowl. I saved the leftovers to give my 9 month old son who couldn't get enough of it!

This soup was very easy to make, and very tasty. I add a little butter to finish this soup. It was delicious.

This was so easy and it was delicious. I added a little heavy cream right at the end to make it a little more creamy! Yum! My teenager didn't even ask what it was~just gobbled it up!

This soup came out wonderful, my husband went back for seconds & had me make more of the crispers. If you didnt watch is soup being make you would think it was potato soup. So it is a good way to get your children to eat it : The only thing i did different was add seasonings to my taste & 2 green onions.

Even though I didn't saute the onion and garlic, so I had no need for any olive oil and forgot the cheese, this was excellent. Looking for a recipe to make soup in my new Blendtec this was perfect, definitely a keeper. BTW my cauliflower was light green so the soup was extra pretty and I used Veg. broth instead of Chicken.

Basically, this is a good recipe. I added some garlic powder and onion powder. I also threw in some sauted mushrooms because I had them. Not the prettiest soup, but very yummy in the end.

I consider myself cooking-challenged but try really hard to make a variety of good and healthy food. I had some cauliflower I need to use and found this recipe -- so easy and came out great -- husband loved it. I also added some mild cheddar I had lying around. My only footnote is that mine came out a little too thick for soup, usually like a little thinner consistency. Note: I must have missed that day in 5th grade science class but beware of putting very hot [steaming] soup into a blender and then . . . putting a tight fitting cover on it and blending. You'll be cleaning up longer than it takes to make the soup.
