So unbelievably good. I felt as if I was in a restuarant on some island some where. Love the potatoes and spinach. 30min meal was true. Great meal anytime of the day. Thanks Rachael.

This was the best, most delicious recipe! I have never liked hash and never even dreamed of using a meat other than roast beef...I used chicken, since we do not eat Pork. Magnificent!!!!!!!! I took some to my Mother-In-Law. I got some extra Brownie Points after she ate it - hahahaha! Thank you so much, Rachael!

I liked this recipe. There were alot more ingredients going into this than it seemed. Alot of flavor. Maybe next time I won't use as much of the basil, it seemed to overpower some of the other ingredients.

Good recipe - interest mix of flavors. I cut down on the butter an oil at the beginning (because you have the bacon grease and use non-stick spray for the eggs. This cut's down on some of the fat. Somebody also said down use too much salt - which is correct, first time I made it, was a little salty. Just like all Rachael Ray's meals, the first time I make it, it takes a while but it really is quick and easy if make it a couple of time. AWESOME breakfast!

This was very simple to make. Like another reviewer, I made scrambled eggs instead of fried or poached. The hash was heavenly and I am putting the leftovers into a fritta for a simple dinner tonight. I don't know if Ms. Ray used sugar ham, but I used the ham steak from a package so this dish needed no extra salt. That ham is salty enough! Other than that, this is terrific, my family loved it and nobody even noticed all the additional veggies I added in!
