It's well worth all the prep work involved. These spring rolls and peanut sauce rival any I've had in a restaurant. I brought these to a party and people were amazed. It took a few tries to figure out how to roll them just right.

I only made the peanut sauce to go with lettuce wraps. It is the best peanut sauce recipe I've tried.

Great sauce! Could alter the recipe with pickled cucumber, wonton wraps, BBQ / shredded pork, sugar snap peas, etc. etc. etc.

I absolutely love spring rolls and Nuoc Leo. And although it would seem that it would be easy to find or make a good peanut sauce, in reality, it's not. This nuoc leo is so good and better than any I've had. Except maybe for one, but that restaurant unfortunately burned down from a kitchen fire and the staff dispersed among other restaurants in the city. So I lost my favorite, but gained a new favorite one! Thank you for your recipe!

This is a great recipe that is easy to make, and I can impress my Vietnamese mother-in-law when she comes to visit.
