This recipe is great for week days when you run home to prepare a flavorful and fast dinner. It will be a new staple in my kitchen. You can serve this side with almost anything. I made it twice, the first time with veal and the second with chicken. Excellent! Thank you food network kitchen for such a great and easy recipe.

This was ridiculously easy to make and very yummy, even if you are not usually wild about cauliflower. Nothing bland or bitter about it. To make it even healthier, it would be fine to cut back a little on the salt and olive oil as other reviewers have suggested. We made it as a side dish to Ellie Krieger's chicken parmesan, and the cauliflower tasted delicious with the marinara sauce! I think it would work alongside just about anything.

I am not a huge fan of cauliflower, finding it quite bland. I'd thought I'd give this recipe a try; however, I found it a bit greasy. I love olive oil, but found the overall flavours too oily.

I infused the oil with a clove of cracked garlic before i poured it over the cauliflower. Left out the red pepper as the family doesn't like heat. The cauliflower carmelized & had a nice nutty taste. I have always watched how much salt I put into a dish and have been using kosher salt in cooking since I started watching the Food Network. Roasting veggies is so much more tasty than boiling or steaming then.

I did this twice, because I made it exactly as the recipe stated and couldn't find it as salty as previously reviewed. Once with kosher salt, and then again wth regular table salt. Huge difference in the two - the table salt was too too much. Stick with kosher and you'll be fine! **Also, I sprinkled from freshly grated parmesan cheese 2 minutes before it was done and that really kicked it over the edge. Love it!

The flavors blend so well! I'm trying to incorporate more veggies into our diet and insist on a lot of flavor - this recipe provided that flavor! I love to oven roast all types of veggies. We'll be making this one again!

but it calls for WAY too much salt. I wish I'd read the reviews before ruining a perfectly good head of organically grown cauliflower. cut the amount in half and it should be right on the money.
in the meantime, how do you get recipes like this changed? do food network folks ever read these things?

I made this cauliflower last night and will be making it again. The flavors really enhanced the cauliflower. The entire family enjoyed the veggie, which is rare in our home. I followed the directions exactly and the balance of the flavors was quite enjoyable.

Will add this one to my recipe collection. My husband does not even care for cauliflower but he loved this dish. Very easy and tasty!
