This is a great fruit salad that I made for party at work. Doubled the recipe and used olive oil mayonnaise, red and green grapes.

Love the variation from just plain fruit. Next time I will use vanilla flavored yogurt instead because my family thought it was a little too sour/tart with the plain. I left off the mango cuz I couldn't find a good one in the grocery store and it was still delicious. I'll definitely make it again!

Easy and fast to make. I omitted the nuts. Loved it! Delicious!

My friend took the leftovers home to eat for breakfast. I didn't have pear and I added fresh nutmeg to the dressing. Yum.

My family always asks me to make this. I candy the nuts to give it a little extra sweetness. I also use vanilla yogurt instead of plain and omit the bananas. Delicious!

Like others, when I tasted the dressing by itself I was a little bit skeptical but when mixed in with the fruit it was fantastic. I thought it was just the right amount of sweetness. It was quick and easy and I will be making it again. I thought the best part were strawberries and bananas. Next time I will probably add kiwi and omit the apples and mangos. I thought the toasted walnuts went quite well with it also.

I thought it was really good, but next time I will omit mushy things like bananas and strawberries, as they don't keep well. Or maybe I will use them to top off the salad right before eating. A real tasty different recipe.

I learn a lot from watching Alton's show.

I made this with breakfast and it was delicious. I had to use frozen strawberries because the ones in the store looked bad. They were thawed half way when we ate the salad and we like the coldness it added to it.
This is a huge hit with my kids, and easy to make.
I will be making this quite often...thanks Alton!

This fruit salad was very easy to make and easy to alter for the diabetics and heart patient in the family. Everyone enjoyed and waiting for more to be made. Thanks!
