    My tiny local grocery store didn't have kielbasa (!! so I substituted a smoked chicken sausage instead, and it turned out great. The flavors in this are really intense, especially considering how few ingredients there are. Yum! Mine didn't turn out as soupy as theirs did on the show, but that was fine.
