Although the cook time seems long (not as long as most slow cookingit is worth the wait. It is by far the best pulled pork I have ever had. My husband has not stopped talking about it and wants to me to make it again next weekend. Simply delicious!

This is the best - everyone that tried it wanted me to give them the recipe.

This was soooo good... everyone loved it and asked for seconds. At the moment, I didn't have the meat that was required, I did have pork chops and they worked out wonderful. The rub and the beer made it so tender, it literally came off the bone without effort. I can't waint to try it as was intended.

I have looked for so long for a good recipe for pulled pork and this is IT! The only thing that wasn't mentioned in the recipe was to skim the fat from the pan juices. Absolutely wonderful...no need to keep looking!
