This rice turned out a little to spicy for me. Besides that, it was really good. Might try cooking in chicken broth next time and adding some fresh herbs instead of the pepper flakes. Loved the color of all the different veggies. Very pretty dish and well received at my dinner.

I found this dish to be a wonderful "comfort food." The taste was excellent, There was a little heat from the pepper flakes, but none the less delicious.

Only try this IF you have stand-by viniagrette to put on it. It has virtually no taste. I decided to put a lemon viniagrette on it and eat it cold. It turned out fine. But, as is, don't try it. Love the Neely's, but no on this recipe...

Absolutely delicious! I could eat this as a meal in itself.

This was really easy and yummy. I love the crunch from the slivered almonds.

Delicious! I cooked the rice in chicken broth, and that added flavor, but made the rice beige instead of white. Also, I added a little fresh thyme at the end. I could eat this as a meal in itself!

I followed most of the recipe, but used edamame instead of peas and chose not to include the almonds. I changed the amount of the vegetables to 1 cup of chopped carrots and 1 cup of edamame.

Okay, this is a very healthy meal, but it really tastes like a healthy meal too. Quite bland with a little heat from the pepper. Nothing I would make again.

This was an excellent "fried rice" that is a vegetarian - complete protein meal that has excellent flavor and is very easy. I used one-half vegetable broth/stock for cooking the rice and about one-half tsp. of the red pepper flakes added to the saute pan after the vegetables were almost done. This recipe is a keeper!
