I made these for my newlywed hubby and he loved them! Giada's right, the crunch from the corn meal really makes it work! Great one, we'll definitely do this one over and over!

Nothing beats these biscuits! They are wonderfully moist and flavourful. We made these for a brunch party and everyone just loved them! We will definitley be making these again. Thanks Giada!

Her biscuits are a hit my family loves them!! I have a 16 year old eating machine, when I make them again I will double the recipe. Otherwise one else will get to ever have any. As for the way Giada dresses, I think that she is very in fashion. If some one thinks it' too much then they should cover their eyes. I actually thought that we lived in a free country, we have the way to dress any way we please!!!!! We also have the right to turn the channel if you don't like what a person is wearing

The biscuits by themselves are great and I will bake them for holiday dinners no doubt. I did not care for the sanwich, however. As for comments made about Giada's appearance and choice of clothing, I would not have posted my thoughts but since there are some mixed reviews posted, I will as well. I have just learned to expect to see her in the same cleavage-bearing ensembles every time she is on the air. Once in a while would be understandable, but obviously she makes it a point to dress this way. I am not sure it's necessary. I don't think anyone is jealous; it's more a matter of there being a time and place for everything. This is just not the right venue. There are several other attractive women on the FoodNetwork who could do same, but they prefer to keep the focus on the cooking.

Thanks again Giada for a easy and versatile recipe.

I needed a 'starch' to go with dinner tonight. I made these to accompany filet mignon and steamed asparagus. The lemon butter is a perfect addition to steamed vegetables. The only addition I might make in the future is some fresh cracked pepper to balance the salty parmesan. I might also use chives later in the summer after my garden is ready for harvesting.

All in all an excellent addition to my list of go-to recipes. Elegant, pretty, tasty and easy. Thanks!

As always a great recipe. Giada is one of my favorites. And to Terry and Kari, are ya kiddin' me? Those of us that are well-endowed are gonna show a little cleavage unless we're in turtlenecks and I don't wear'em so I wouldn't expect her to either. It sure is a shame that women are offended by another woman's body. If you don't want the kids to see something that natural turn off the TV and I really hope you don't live near the pool I go to cuz all you're going to see is bikinis not burkas:

I made these last friday night, to have with some salmon, They came out great!
The flavor was wonderful rich and delicious. I read the reviews I also chopped my green onions finely. Thank you giada for another great recipe.

To Kari in Jacksonville, there is nothing wrong with the way giada dresses
If you are a woman and you are blessed in certain ways, try to find a blouse, shirt or dress that are made for us. I think she comes across as a beautiful elegant women. " Kari, do I detect some jealouy"

I made these the night before a luncheon, and my family went crazy from the aroma, so I had to share. Loved the flavor alone or with the topping. Very easy and quick---this will become a family regular.

I have made these 3 times now and the last two they came out flat. Didn't matter....they were so delicious. My Exec. Chef son thought they were wonderful! Love Giada no matter how she dresses!

Since the last time I made the muffins, they seemed a little dry, this time when I made them, I added 2 TBS. of plain yogurt to my biscuits to make them more moist, and 1 extra tsp. of baking powder to make the biscuits rise. I also used a lined, "Texas-sized" muffin tin so the muffins would not spread out to be "cookies".

Attn: Foodnetwork: As much as I love watching ALL of Giada's shows, please, please, make her wear more appropriate clothing for her viewing audience. I take great offense at having to see women expose too much of their upper body parts on a "family-oriented show - especially when my children are watching that show with me.
