I made this using the dough setting on my bread machine, and it came out very nicely. I also decided to pre-bake my crusts and freeze the extras. The frozen crusts were as good as the fresh, and great for a quick weekday supper. To pre-bake the crusts, I preheated my pizza stone at 450, brushed the crusts with a little olive oil, and baked for about 5 minutes each. I will make this recipe again, though I may try upping the ratio of whole wheat to white flour next time.

Pizza dough from 100% wheat flour would be like cardboard. This is a good blend for a wheat-y dough. Low oil and a dash of honey keeps it relatively healthy. Browns nicely on a pizza stone in the oven.

I used this recipe for grilled pizza. Was pretty happy with the results. I added some garlic and oregano to the dough.

This recipe is FANTASTIC! I am horrible at making yeast breads and I had no problem with this one. Not only is it incredibly easy to make, it is healthful and SUPER yummy! I passed this recipe on to everyone I know! It's a must-try!

I had been searching for a light and healthy dough, and this is the perfect recipe. I have used it with pizza and calzones. Highly recommend!
