I didn't make the risotto, but the rosemary pork tenderloin was wonderful!

This was one of the easiest risotto recipes I've ever tried and very flavorful. I've used the Pork Tenderloin recipe both with this and also on it's own and it's super easy and especially good with rosemary from our own garden.

The tenderloin came out so juicy and tender. Marvelous! The risotto was so easy to make (if not so easy to find in the grocery store! I think next time I will use less wine and more broth, and a touch less cheese. It's very rich, and went well with the pork. I served it up with a salad. A wonderful Sunday dinner.

This was finally a risotto recipe that I could get behind. I used chicken broth instead of stock and increased the amount to 1 1/2 cups as I left out the wine. I bought 1/2 oz dried porcini mushrooms. From there, I followed the recipe. It came out rich, flavorful, and creamy delicious. My husband and I could have eaten it all!
The tenderloin was such an easy recipe and was seared on the outside, juicy inside, with great flavor from the rosemary. Next time I will add garlic and lemon to the marinade.

It took a little while, and got a little stressful, but in the end it tasted great!

I was so glad to see an easy risotto recipe. I never make risotto because I do not want to stand in front of the stove for 30 minutes. I didn't have mushrooms so didn't use them. I would not hesitate to use fresh mushrooms. I probably should have used more cheese. But it was great anyway and easy. I didn't make the pork, because I was afraid to overcook it and dry it out, which I usually do. But after reading other reviews, I will definitely try the pork.

This meal was amazing!! It was easy to make and came together so well. The flavors were wonderful, there were no leftovers after my family was done eating. My husband who basically wants simple meat and potatoes told me this meal was to go on the approved list. A wonderful meal to serve for a small dinner party.

This was wonderful! I've never made or had risotto before, and I couldn't believe how quick and easy it could be. It was so creamy and flavorful, and the pork was fantastic too. Be sure to start the pork first since it takes longer for it to cook and "rest" than it takes for the risotto to come together.
