I really enjoyed this recipe. I am going to cook this again real soon. I cooked it as directed the first time and then I tried something else. I tried red plum jelly instead of honey and it was very delicious. This recipe is a keeper. thanks for everything.

This was off the chain I fried two cornish hen last night and my family ate it all. We had never even heard of any one frying a cornish hen but I tell you no lie we will eat this again. And this Hoisin glaze was off the chain. Thank you for giving us new ways of fixing food that we already love. In my culture its hard to get people to try different foods but being that you are a man of color makes it easy I just tell my husband Aaron cook it on his show and said it was good. Thanks for sharing with us. Janelle out of Louisiana.

I just made this for dinner and it was delicious!!!!!!!! Almost like Peking duck which I love. Since I didn't have any honey, I used apricot preserves in its place. I often mix it with with hoisin sauce to make great ribs. Will definitely make this again!

This was an easy delicious recipe. I did brine the cornish hens in a water, sugar, salt, soy sauce solution to give the meat some flavor since there was no directions to season them first. My children and I loved the flavor; my husband did not, even though he ate it. The only other thing I would change would be to flour the hens to allow the skin to crispy when frying as it did not with frying without frying. Thanks for the recipe, this will be a do over!!!

This recipe is fantastic. It was easy and good. The only thing I did different was I seasoned my hens in a brine for two days. They came out perfect!!!!! Will not hesitate to do again.

Who would've ever thought to deep fry a cornish hen?! This recipe is so simple, clever and very delicious. I cooked the hens in my Fry Daddy fryer, one at a time and was pleasantly pleased with the outcome.

I love this recipe. Great combination of sweet and spice. This recipe should be good with chicken too.
