These are the best!! The recipe makes more than a dozen, so I froze half. I defrosted them in the microwave for a few minutes before frying them and they still tasted wonderful!
They make great late night snacks!!

I've never made homemade eggrolls before but this recipe was easy to follow and the outcome was absolutely delish! I added ginger which melded beautifully with the fresh lime. I enjoyed the melange of textures from the crunch of the broccoli slaw to the crispiness of the fried shell and the softness of the freshly ground pork. My only concern was that they were a little difficult to eat because the contents kept falling out of the shell. Nonetheless I will definitely make these again!

I've been making my egg rolls the easy way..with cole slaw for many years, but I never thought to use broccoli slaw. This was such a surprise! Easy, full of flavor and given a "thumbs up" by my husband & friends.

SO GOOD! These are the best eggrolls I've had in a LONG time. Seemed a little "lighter" than the eggrolls you get in the restaraunt which I REALLY liked. I loved the broccoli slaw instead of using bean spouts.

BIG DADDY HAS IT GOIN' ON!! :

These egg rolls were extremely good, however, I felt that the meat was a little bland. A pinch or two of salt would have pushed these over into the 5 star rating for me. My husband and I are huge fans of broccoli slaw and were extremely excited to add another recipe that we could utilize it in. Perfect crunch thru and thru, easily beating out any egg roll made at any old resturant!

I love these egg rolls. I'm always eager to try something new, had made egg rolls before, but never done it with with broccoli slaw...delish! I substituted ground chicken for the pork, had no Thai basil, so I used finely chopped scallions instead. Next time, I'd like to try it with shrimp.

    Thanks Big Daddy!

This is not the first recipe I have made of Big Daddy's and again he did not let me down. These were very easy to make, I baked mine instead of frying and used ground chicken instead of pork and they were still very tasty.
