I've made these twice in the last five days...and yes, they're better the second day. I subbed coleslaw for broccoli slaw and shrimp for pork - excellent! Put them in the oven at 350 for about 6-8 minutes and the wrapper gets nice and crispy!

This is the first dish that I have tried from off the show and it was delicious. My mom and I ate them for lunch. It was great. Since it was only two of us eating, we had enough filling to make egg rolls for the next day and they were even better. I ran out of garlic and was unable to use it in the recipe but it still turned out very good. In addition to the five spice, I did feel that the meat needed a little salt, so I added a little garlic salt. The hoisin dip was very good as well. I had some left over plum sauce in the refrigerator so I used that as a dipping sauce as well. This was a great recipe, easy and fun to make. I will definitely hold on to this one. I have a list of other recipes that I want to try from the show and I can't wait to get started.

I've made egg rolls before, and this is one recipe that I've added to my "recipe box". These are fantastic! And the hoisin dipping sauce complimented them well. I ended up adding more Thai Basil (about 1 tsp and minced garlic. Fantastic!!
I've tried all recipes from this show...all were phenominal!
Thanks, Big Daddy!
Would love to see some recipes for Korean BBQ...(subtle hint...

I added more garlic and basil than called for. I have made it twice already and it is a favorite in our household!

Loved how quick and easy it was. I did however need to add some more spices to kick it up a notch.

Wow, Wow, Aaron....Wow! I saw you make this on your show. I forgot to bring the recipe to the store and forgot a few ingredients but it made no difference. I improvised. It was delicious. I made it with prawns instead of pork. I could not find thai basil so I used fresh cilantro instead. I was so impressed with the tip on keeping the wrapper sealed while cooking - egg and cornstarch. It worked amazingly. This recipe is so easy and so delicious I'm thinking of having an awesome asian dinner party with friends.. Keep it coming, Big Daddy!

Very easy to prepare and very tasty. Followed the recipe exactly and will probably add a little more red pepper next time.

this recipe is easy and very yummy, my husband only said that it might give a little more kick to it if you put some ginger to it. I loved it.
