This meal is the favorite in my house! Everyone loves both steak and scallops!
    And the sauce is awesome!
Thanks Rachael for adding another great meal to our dinners!

This was really quick to make and excellent! I used veggie stock instead of vermouth and it still came out great!

    This is a real winner.
High cost but ohhh so worth it.
I really had fun cooking it only thing was my kithchen got full of smoke.
Tge salad dressing was delicious I used less vinegar and added orange juice just a a hint.

First of all, I love R.Ray's recipes and she normally gets 5 stars everytime! I recorded this episode on DVR, printed out the directions and followed it excatly. Everything was good except the SAUCE... The sauce wasn't good at all... Both my husband and I did not like the sauce.

I'm giving this 4 stars based on how fast and easy it was to prepare. It was also very good, not fabulous. But oh my gosh, how expensive! Definitely not one to be repeating all the time. I live in an area where things aren't that expensive, but this dinner cost me $25 just for the 4 steaks, 8 scallops and asparagus alone! I will reiterate, though, that this is one of the easiest Rachael recipes I've made, and very healthy!

I made this for our anniversary and it was a smash hit! There was so much flavor in the vermouth sauce! Now this is going to be our go-to anniversary dinner!
