I was recently in Chicago and lunch at Ann Sather's restaurant and had the swedish meatballs, they were absolutely delicious. I was happy to find the recipe. I can't wait to make them!!

I increased the allspice and it was great try it with mashed potatoes instead of bread!

Easy , simple and fast but not a whole lot of flavor. I would use this method though with all my meatballs.
