    Followed this to a "T" and the dinner guests were blown away. Only Chef Emeril could come up with beef and cheddar in a soup together. SMACK SMACK!

    This was very easy to make in a 1/2 HR. when all put together. Not to musch beer taste and not to much cheese!just right for both, cheese & beer

    P.S. My Father & Husband loved it, and my husband is not a beer drinker or drink's at all, but really enjoy it.
