    i followed the recipe and guess what, the rosemary was missing from my bags!!! so i used the italian rub from mccormick, no one noticed, all the potatoes were gone by the end of the night!

    in addition to rosemary, I added chives and basil from my herb garden. I sprinkled Garlic powder right before putting them in the oven.
    I also heated my cookie sheet for about twenty minutes before I added the potatoes.
    Awesome recipe. I recomend heating the cookie sheet before hand to get crispy potatoes.

    Made these to go with a crock pot roast and they were a perfect addition! Mixed the potatoes in all the ingredients and then sprinkled on garlic powder right before popping them in the oven. Turned out wonderfully, will definitely be making these again!

    I made a mahi mahi recipe that turned out to be tasteless, the only thing that saved the meal were these potatoes.
    I did find that they weren't quite browned enough, so broiled them for the last 5 minutes. Also sprinkled a little garlic powder and a bit more salt. Will be making these at least once a week.
