    This recipe is so easy, and so great !!!I cut back a little on the rosemary because it can be a little strong at times. Anywhoo, this is a great change from your standard mashed or baked potato. Loved it !!

    I used new potatoes with this recipe. I didn't have garlic flavored olive oil so I used a teaspoon of minced garlic and it turned out great.

    This is the first recipe I have tried of Robin Miller's. It turned out wonderful. I plan to try more of her recipes now.

    This are a great easy side dish to make anytime. I had a left over baked potato so I just sliced that up into about 10 circular pieces. Instead of rosemary I use fresh parsley, tastes great!

    This was good but I did salt them a little bit more after they cooked. Still a nice change of pace for a side dish.

    I love red potatoes, and if you love a little flavor with them then rosemary is just the herb you need. Simple to do.
