This was so easy and the taste was outstanding. My kids loved it and went back for more.

Fresh corn is out of season so I used a 16 oz bag of frozen corn. It was so good, I made it two days in a row.

For variety, I tried using paprika instead of cayenne the second time. Similar bold flavor with less heat.

    This one is a keeper!

I made this recipe the same day I saw the show & it is a top favorite of everyone I've served it to. Fresh corn is out of season now, but it doesn't make a bit of difference as any bag of frozen corn will do. Thanks so much for such an easy & delicious meal!

The Neely's hit a home run with this super simple side dish. I happened to see the episode while getting ready for work and was reminded of my mom's fried corn we loved growing up. This time there was a kick, not too sweet with just the right heat. I served this to my family with baked chicken and Brussel sprouts.

This was sooo easy and soooo good. My Boyfriend and I are a huge fan of "heat" so I added some extra Cayenne. I also added some Cilantro even though the recipe didnt call for it because I had some on hand and it was even better! Will definately be making it again.

It was a total accident that I saw this prepared on the show, and I decided to make it the same night to go with my dinner. Very easy prep ... and taste? Nice sweet corn followed by a little 'kick' from the cayenne.
    Definitely will make again! Delicious!!

This is so easy - and good!! I, too, used canned corn and it was yummy. The cayenne gives it quite the kick - not really sweet tasting at all.

I used one package of 16oz frozen corn, it worked just fine. This dish was wonderful, everyone loved it, the sweetness and heat worked perfect.
