Even using canned corn this was the best corn dish I've ever had. The cayenne pepper was the perfect ingredient to add in this dish to ensure the sweetness was not cloying and the heat was not overpowering as the sweetness of the other ingredients cooled the fire a bit. My son absolutely loved this recipe as did I.

We loved this. it was really flavorful. We added some diced orange and red bell pepper for a little variation. Works great.

we're not in fresh corn season yet but I used canned corn. Tastes great! Husband stubbed his toe on the cayenne, but overall this is a tasty way to make corn. Can't wait to try it with the fresh stuff.
