the flavor was excellent but it was very hard to get the nut/cheese mix to stick to the ravioli so it didnt look very appealing. other than that, it was very quick and inexpensive to fix.

Clean plates all round. Not good for your waist line..but tastes great. Smaller portion sizes were better (about 4-5 per person. My fiance raved about the sauce. Be careful not to over fry...

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was good, but when I cooked it the cheese and pecans some of them came off the ravioli and burnt on the top of the oil. I used the grated parmesan cheese because someone said it was easier , but it falls off i will try Paulas way. SHE IS THE CHEF !
