    This was my first time preparing orzo and i will be again. Dish was very fresh and lite. My husband enjoyed the lemon combination.

    Did not think this was a good pairing with the prosciutto-wrapped beef cubes that were prepared on this show's segment. This orzo dish would be better appreciated in the summer months due to the fresh lemon taste. Or served along side a lighter chicken dish. Personally there are many other pasta recipes that I prefer to be served as a side dish. This is not one of them. Found this orzo recipe to be a little on the bland side as well.

    This is a super simple, great tasting side dish! I tried it for the first time at the beginning of the summer and it has become my go-to dish! I have served it many times for company and everyone always loves it! I add some extra shredded Parmesan cheese on top, but other than that Iwould not change a thing!

    This has become a staple in my house. its so quick, easy. and loaded with flavor. Great paired with chicken or fish. We Love it

    I made this last night. It was simple to make and delicious. The only thing I would change is reduce the amount of orzo. 2 1/2 cups is way too much for 2 persons. I would reduce it to 1 1/2 cups next time.
