I as well missed the details around the steps for making the Beef w/Prosciutto. After the beef was seasoned with pepper and wrapped in prosciutto, was the beef only seared in the pan on all side (thank baked or broiled or was it cooked completely in the pan be searing first and adjusting down the pan tempature to finishing the cooking (how long is the cooking period -- meat tempature at completion? Thank you in advance for any and all responses. :-

Does anyone know if the beef tenderloin was pre-cut by the butcher and what the amount was for serving 2? Also does anyone know what the process was to actually wrap the beef with prosciutto and how much prosciutto was used?
How long do you cook the beef?
Yesterday I emailed the Food Network to please post the recipe. We'll see if it gets posted before Valentine's Day as this would make a wonderful meal for a loved one!

I too was disappointed that the filet recipe was not on the website. I caught the show halfway thru so I missed what she did with the filets. Thank you so much for writing it all down and sharing. It looks like a great meal. Can't wait to make it.

Thank you for sharing that recipe info! At one point I thought I heard Sunny say, "I just thought of something to add to my sauce." And I thought to myself, ut oh that's going to be hard to find on the site. I'm so disappointed in this site now, it's difficult to find recipes at times, and takes a long time to load, and now they are airing shows without even posting the recipes! We don't need videos of shows we just watched.
Thank you Sarah from Cali! Much appreciated. We are all going have to go back to the old days of writing recipes down while we watch!
I'm going to try this for Valentine's Day I think.

The rating I posted does not refer to the recipe but to the website.
I too was disappointed that the recipe for the proscuitto wrapped tenderloin was not included, but thanks to onsjones@yahoo I now have it. Thanks for watching carefully and getting all the ingredients then sharing with eveyone. That one is for sure on my "to try" list.
Back to the disappointment. The last few times I have gone to the food network site to print out the recipe of the hour only two of the three appear. Through the reviews I have found what I missed. Thanks a bunch guys.

I was extremely disappointed that the tenderloin recipe was not included with the rice and dessert recipes. Please send, I would love to try it. It looked and sounded delicious. I love watching Food Network, have tried many recipes. Also, just purchased the new Food Network Magazine and love it too! Thanks, Wanda Sorenson Lash, Georgia. wansorens@charter.net.

I, too, went searching the steak and proschhiutto (pardon the spellingt recipe but could not find - can you post it or e-mail it to those of us that have made comments about wanting the recipe. Although I am of Slavic descent I grew up on the Italian ham - that with Swiss cheese and a glass of homemade wine - what a treat! and what memories
