    I altered this recipe a bit - I didn't have goat cheese so I used whipped cream cheese; instead of the thyme, I added lime zest. It was superb!

    I had never used puff pastry before, but HAD to try this recipe. It is an easy recipe to follow that give you a very spectacular and complicated looking dessert.

    YUMMY!

    These sounded so good and different I couldn't wait to try them. Had never had goat cheese before. But it was very mild and it all came together. Was light and not too sweet. Wonderful!
