Pretty good. Not like fabulous! Kind of soggy, so turned on the broiler. I don't think they're necessarily guiltless! I mean, they are better than deep-fried ones, but they are still a little greasy for my taste with all that mayo......

This recipe was freakin awesome!!!! Substituted cornmeal for the panko since that's what I had. Also tried a Caesar vinaigrette marinade, and a homemade honey mustard, curry and paprika marinade. Can't decide which I love better!!!!

I changed the spices since my husband doesn't like curry. Used garlic powder, salt, pepper in the marinade. Seasoned the panko with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. I turned the chicken over to get extra crisp on both sides. My husband loved it and he is a foodie and does not hand over compliments lightly.

Everyone in the family loved them, and they were easy. What more can I ask for?? Will make them again and again.

I made this with gluten free tortilla crumbs and curry powder instead of paste to make this gluten free. My 3 year old and my husband couldn't get enough! I cooked for 20 minutes on 425 to make them crisp. Also, I made some extra mayo dip and kept it in the fridge while the chicken cooked. Great with the dipping sauce and without. Delicious!

I was happy to try panko bread crumbs and I let the tenders marinate for about 2 hours in the mayo mixture in the fridge. A little soggy but I turned on the broiler as another reviewer suggested and they crisped up. My boyfriend loved them and I thought they were good.

I tried these last night and although they're edible, there's nothing special about them. They didn't really crisp up. The mayo coating actually made the breadcrumbs a bit soggy. Perhaps they'd be better if they were fried instead of baked......but then they wouldn't be guiltless. Ah well, I'll keep looking.

I marinaded the chicken w/ curry powder, mayonnaise, mustard, and honey for about an hour. I sprayed my pan w/ SPAM. The chicken was tender and juicy. I didn't need dipping sauce.
