    The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because the sauce was pretty thin. Even though it added calories, I thickened the sauce with 1 T. beurre manie. The combination of the artichoke hearts, lemon juice, wine and capers is delicious!

    I watched this episode and cooked it the same night. From start to finish it took only 15 minutes!! The whole family loved this recipe. Just perfect!!! (I used 10 min boil in bag rice and already thawed chicken cutlets -- everything else I had in my pantry so this was FAST!
