A little blah. Not a lot of flavor...adding red pepper flakes helped a lot.

This recipe was fine--we enjoyed it although I would highly recommend the use of fresh thyme and fresh parsley. The oregano, because in its fresh state is so very strong, I would use the dried version. Add a generous amount of peas. Serve with an uncomplicated salad and fresh bread and you will have a fine meal!

Maybe I'm used to fresh herbs, but it just didn't seem very flavorful. Also, with the carrots and tomato paste, it was a bit too sweet for my tastes. Its rare that I don't absolutely love a recipe of Giada's.

So easy to make with the items in your pantry & fridge, especially simple after a long day. Even my fickle 3 year old loved it.

it was great as a side dish. i didn't add the diced carrots and only used parmesan cheese since i didn't have romano cheese . It was very light yet flavorful

Very easy and flavorful recipe! I used rotini instead of linguine, and monterey jack cheese instead of romano.. The dish turned out cheesy, colorful, and flavorful :-

To me there just wasn't enough flavor. Not bad, but probably won't make again.
