Very tasty & not at all difficult. I need to practice arranging the plum slices (for appearances sake but the tart tasted great. I took other reviewers' advice and used more dough for the crust & a little less for the topping. Can't wait to try other fruits!

Very good recipe again Ina! The crust is absolutely perfect! I used nectarines and frozen raspberries (thawed first instead of plums (too expensive for a first try. I also sprinkled a bit of sugar on top. Turned out fabulous. Can't wait to try with other fruit combinations...

I wish this recipe was better but it lacked something....flavor. I love plums and was so looking forward to trying this one out. I so enjoy watching Ina cook and enjoy her wonderful personality. This will not discourage me to try other things.

I made this with apples because plums weren't in season. Very easy and delicious!! I will make it again and again.

I loved this recipe! It was very easy and took no time at all to cook. It's not only simple but versatile. Since plums weren't in season, I used apples, raisins, cranberries, and a little bit of cinnamon to give an autumn taste to the filling. It worked equally as well and I can't wait to try the plums in it when they are in season.
