This recipe was so easy and sooooo delicious. Served with grilled chicken and rice it was a wonderful side. This would definitely impress guests. So easy, yet so different and tasty.

The Portobello mushroom contains a carcinogenic compound called agaritine. While this compound is destroyed in cooking, it's probably not a good idea to eat these mushrooms uncooked.
Try cooking the portobellos fisrt or using a different variety of mushrooms for this one.

This salad is amazing! The lemon juice gives it so much flavor and the textures really complement each other. Don't forget the coarse salt and pepper. Highly recommend this.

I added a little lemon zest sprinkled on the salad - it gave it an extra fresh taste that was great

I enjoyed it and will make it again. However, I would not say this was stellar.

A wonderful salad to have with any pasta, steak, whatEVER you are having as a main and you do not want some wimpy salad. This packs a ton of flavor and different textures. Of course, you just have to adjust seasoning to your taste!
