Loved this use of celery! Tasty and easy salad dressing that I'll definitely add to my repertoire. You definitely have to use a good grade of EVOL to eliminate adverse oily aftertaste. I added the extras of freshly crushed red pepper and a couple of grinds of pizza seasoning mix for added zip.

This is a great summer meal. It's simple and easy to make. It's a new way to eat portabellos that my husband and I loved. Thank you Rachel!

I really love this salad. It was so easy to make and along with the 3-vegetable penne with Tarragon Basil Pesto it was a great vegetarian dish.

Loved this simple healthy salad and so did my healthy eating mother. I will use variations of this salad and dressing forever. I am sorry that someone's salad was too oily but the cooks fault not the recipe. Always test a recipe and get it down pat or even like it yourself before you serve to others. Your quests were rude too - to you !

We decided that pine nuts and tomatoes would go great with this recipe.

I made this for my vegetarian friends and they told me that they were insulted by the "greasy mushrooms." I thought it tasted bad, but maybe because it was vegetarian. I guess it just tasted bad, period.
