i agree with samia. mine turned out way too dry and there was no liquid left to make even a teaspoon of gravy. I followed the recipe exactly, but i used 3.3 lbs. of short ribs, that's the only difference. not flavorful at all, way too dry, and no gravy. not worth the 2 hour wait to say the least.

Oh my... this was absolutely tender, tasty, and satisfying. Definitely worth the 30 minutes I put in on the treadmill in atonement.

Had to run to the grocery store for short ribs right after this program aired....and I wasn't disappointed. This recipe tasted as good as it looked. It was super-easy. The meat falls off the bone, is delicious and the gravy that it makes is WONDERFUL!

I think there is a problem with ingredient portions as listed, though. The recipe called for 1/2 c of House Seasoning....I didn't come close to using that much, and the ribs were a tad salty. It also calls for 2 tablespoons of flour to dredge the ribs in. This is clearly not enough. I think it probably should be reversed: 1/2 c of flour and 2 tablespoons of seasoning.
