This is so yummy!! I've been wanting to make this for a long time and finally did tonight for dinner. I'm not a huge fish fan and have never made it before but it came out perfectly and delicious!! I will definitely be making this again. Thanks Bobby!!

This is delicious! It's so easy to make we have it every couple of weeks. My picky 2 1/2 year old daughter says this is her favorite dinner. My husband LOVES the couscous.

My sister and I love this dish. The coucous is amazing with the salmon. I used the tomato basil feta cheese and it knocks it out of the park! I usually make extra couscous and we eat it even when we're out of salmon!

I agree that the salmon was nice, but nothing extraordinary. The cous cous made the dish delicious. I lightly sauted red ontion, diced zucchini, diced yellow squash, and diced green pepper in a little butter before adding it to the cooked cous cous. I then put in a diced fresh tomato, the feta, and some chopped basil. A nice, light, main course and side dish.

I don't use the table salt that the Dean's use in their house seasoning, but I know how to season to my taste.

Me and my husband really enjoyed the couscous. The crumbled feta was the key for this dish.

Dear Bobbie, You really hit a winner with this meal. My hubby and I are always looking for an easy but tasty meal using fish and this has been the best yet. The mixture of tomatoes and Fetta cheese with the couscous was out of this world. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Karen from Oregon
