This is the easiest recipe to make. It takes very little time in the kitchen with minimal clean up. There is no way that you can mess up the salmon! Make your house seasoning ahead of time and making this recipe will be a cinch!

The salmon tasted great with the lime. We had lime slices on the side to add extra juice while eating. The couscous was great with the feta. EASY recipe. Will definitely make this again. Thanks Bobby!

I only made the salmon part of the dish, not being sure my husband would go for the couscous. He did go for the salmon and said this recipe was definitely a keeper.

My family all loved the meal. It is a great light meal for the summer. It says you can also eat the couscous cold. I have leftovers and can not wait until lunch tomorrow to try it.

Delicious! Family loves it! Be careful and do not use all the salt/pepper mixture, way too much.

Tried it for the first time tonight. Served it with a greek salad. Was a big hit. The salmon was very moist, cooked perfectly, and had a lovely buttery-citrus flavor . Both my husband and teenage daughter loved it and asked me to fix it again. Only cooked it for 25 minutes, not the full 30. Used a single box of Far East couscous with pine nuts, so only added chicken broth and butter to the couscous and halved the ingredients.was plenty for four people, but note that that would be half the couscous recipe.
