We loved it!!! That stuffing is terrific!! if you did not like it, it's because didn't make correctly. Instead of cayene I put a fresh jalapeno. It gave it a great taste and spice. Great recipe!

Emeril! Love chefs! This was so tasty and satisfying that I plan on making a batch and bringing it over for Thanksgiving with the other stuffings!! = =D If you don't like spicy/hot, cut down on the cayenne a bit-although I personally LOVE it cuz I'm a New Orleans hometown cajun ; =D Every bite had a delicicious twist of yummy sensations... The flounder was a bit thin along the top and bottom, but definitely enough Flounder for each bite :P : I might chop the Flounder coarsly and mix it in the stuffing when bringing in for Thanksgiving.. : : Hope you enjoy as much as we did! = ;D We copied and saved in our computer to print to stick in our recipe binder--we plan on having it again! hehe = ;D

We really enjoyed this recipe. I drizzled a ltiny bit of melted butter over the fish before I placed in the oven, then a little butter with lemon juice as soon as I took it out of the oven. So delicious.

Great recipe. I wanted something different than our usual flounder with lemon and more lemon. Loved the stuffing. I made cornbread in the afternoon especially for this recipe. I used half the cayenne called for, and it still had a nice kick without being too hot. I also used frozen shrimp, thawed and chopped up. The fish was really tender and flavorful. We'll do this one again soon!

The cornbread mixture was delicious and was enough to use again with chicken or another type of fish.

We made this recipe with Tilapia instead of Flounder and it was fantastic. The kids and our friends loved it.
Would definitely make this recipe again.

Made a few changes cause I didnt shop. I used frozen popcorn shrimp and Tilapia. Used Thomas corn bread and let me tell you this was wonderful, The tilapia does not bend so I put the dressing in a small baking pan , lay the fish on top and baked for 15 minutes. Delicious, also omitted the cayenne and used Emerils essence. Best fish recipe I ever had
