    Loved this recipe! I was thrilled to have crispy hash browns without taking FOREVER to cook! Microwaving part of the way is a great secret! Another hit, Rachael!

    This was something I thought would be interesting to make as an experiment on my family. It worked out well, everyone loved it, including the kids! I will definately make it again.
