This recipe is just awesome. I made this for dinner for my In-Laws and it was a huge hit. I get nervous when cooking for my In-Laws and this soup made me the hit for the evening. My father-in-law couldn't stop raving over it, so I had to make a batch just for him a few days later.

My fiance loves French Onion soup but I had never tried to make it on my own. This recipe was so easy to follow and most of the ingredients I already had in my cupboard. The soup had great flavor and it was even great for leftovers which made a couple of poor college students very happy!!
