This is so good and very easy to make. I make a half batch and it is a great start to a good meal! It is also very good with bread slices.

These weren't my favorite crab cakes but I kind of liked the oatmeal texture. Just wanted to say that you cannot compare fresh crabmeat to the canned. Of course the cost is a tremendous difference but it is worth it if you like good crab cakes.

The crab cakes have oatmeal and bread crumbs in them and mixing oatmeal into a dip was, well, gross. At least to us. I agree that this might be better with crab meat and not crab cakes, but you might have to do something to thicken it up more.

Perhaps the problem was that the crab cakes were so bad. They really were horrendous. But since they had already disintegrated, I decided to use them in something else. Another big disappointment. Again, inedible. This might be better with fresh crabmeat.

I have made all of your recipes from the Quick Fix Crab Fest & my family loved all of them. I have always been a Rachael fan, but you are becoming my new favorite. THANK YOU!!
