Not MindBlowing good, but enjoyable. The best thing is you don't have to buy tons of ingredients (that are later wasted as you do with some. Make sure not to completely cover the chicken with stock, and get lots of lemon zest on each piece.

A garlic lover's delight that is quite easy to prepare. One small oops, the instructions for removing the chicken from the pan after browning have been omitted.

My family loves Emiril's show because it gives us such delicious great ideas. We loved this recipe even though we tweaked it for our family's taste: chicken breasts and a little less gahhrlic.
