Delicious. I used herbs de provence instead of italian seasoning, chili powder instead of cayene, olive oil instead of grapeseed, and I cut way back on the salt. This will be my new go-to recipe for salmon.

Absolutely, the best salmon I have ever had, the sauce brings it all together. My family loved it.

I tried two recipes: one from Bobby flay which consist of brown sugar, honey, dijon mustard and ect for my husband and son. I happened to love blackened fish, chicken, steak and blue cheese...you name it. Bid daddy you did it. I loved this recipe!!!

This was hands down the best salmon I have ever made! My husband loved it. It was very simple to make, total time was maybe 15-20 minutes. I'm not a big fan of blue cheese, but the cream sauce came out wonderfully! I will definitely be making this again.

I made this for my teenage son and daughter. I don't eat fish, but it smelled wonderful. My son LOVED it and wanted more. My fussy daughter didn't like the italian seasoning, but I don't count her vote because she rarely likes anything. I will definitely make this again for my son and husband.

Amazing! I am allergic to blue cheese so I substituted a creamy horseradish cheese and cream cheese. Even though I will never know what blue cheese tastes like, I cannot imagine I am missing a thing. Just delicious and so easy!

A new favorite. It's quick, easy to prepare, and is wonderful with the complex and disparate Flavors. Serve with a good Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.

This is an ULTIMATE FAVORITE!!!! My family couldn't get enough of this salmon. I have made it on several occasions! I have even used chicken instead of salmon and it was also wonderful!!!! Love It!!! In preparing I reduced the amount of salt as we discovered the very first time that it was a bit too much salt for our taste.
