Big Daddy delivers the big flavors again! The consistency of the dish was similar to a risotto but so much easier. Loved it.

i never made orzo and i didn't know where to find it at the market. Oh boy i would be eating this more often. If u are on a diet you will have to throw it out the window..lol. I cut the lemon and used 1..and honestly it was enough. My new side dish!

Really good flavor, but mine came out a little bit soupy. Maybe use less chicken stock next time!!

This dish is fantastic! The first time I made it, I followed instructions explicitly and with great results. Since, I've made it a variety of ways in terms of the cheese I used (ricotta, feta, velveeta and the form of lemon (fresh, bottled juice, zest, etc. and it's great every time. I just love this recipe. I sometimes use it as a "faux-risotto" base for chicken as well. Thanks Big Daddy!!!

I made this tonight and overall it is a good recipe BUT 2 lemons and zest is too much! I will make it again and cut back on the lemon juice and/or zest. Also used cream cheese instead of marscapone...it was all I had!

This is a super tasty, super easy recipe. I love the lemon taste! I substituted fresh ricotta for mascarpone. Great

I've made this twice and I think it might be addictive. I don't use two lemons because I'm afraid it'll be too puckery. I love the slight lemon flavor. Each time I've made it I use more, so maybe I'll get up to close to it. But I'm sure not two whole lemons for on recipe.

I don't ever have mascarpone cheese, but I've use a little dab of cream cheese.

I tripeled the recipe the last time I made it because I was making it for a crowd. It made way too much, but we'll eat it anyway. I can snack on this stuff.

    I love Big Daddy!
