This recipe is great, the tomatoes really make it. I used fresh okra, and I think the stickiness of the raw okra made the buttermilk stick too much, so the corn bread came out in clumps as opposed to on the okra, however, it still tasted incredible. Use raw if you have it, just know this may happen. Also, I love spicy foods, but if you do not, don't use a whole table spoon of creole seasoning b/c that really gives it some heat. I'm definitely going to make this again.

Loved this recipe for a quick side dish. Used frozen breaded okra since that was what I had on hand. Served it with pork tenderloin and family cleaned up every single bite and asked me to make it again.
