Very tasty & nice combination of flavors. Tried it party because it was so unusual, and was surprised the sauce with cola worked. I substituted Dr. Thunder which was nice, too. Really sparks up the pork chops
The cheese grits were wonderful, especially since we used spicy pimentos.
I don't think I had the heat high enough on the oil for the sweet potatoes as they were soggy. But overall, this combination of dishes made a very nice meal. "A keeper" it was called.

I am not a huge pork fan and I must say that mixing the peaches, coke, and horseradish made a nice touch to the pork. I ended up cooking the chops around 20 to 25 min, (1 in thick and seasoning them before cooking. Then I put the glaze on at the end. I will be making the glaze again for sure.
