they're perfect, with just enough spicy to give a kick, but not enough to overwhelm ANYTHING!

This recipe is awesome! It is so easy and simple, yet delicious. It's the perfect snack for in between meals or football games. The combination of spices give it a fragrant and unique flavor.

Very tasty, but a little salty for my taste. I'll definitely make these again, but might reduce the salt by 1/4... I'm afraid that reducing it by 1/2 would leave too little salt.

Ellie boasts that nuts are healthy because they have "good" fat - and they are, and they do, when they are RAW. When you toast them, the good fat becomes bad fat. I have no doubt that these are very tasty, but Ellie is deceiving you by claiming this is a healthy recipe. At times, she makes some good things and has some great tips, but other times I really wonder if she knows what she is talking about.

These almonds are really easy to make and taste great. They are not too spicy but could be if you wanted. Great snack.
