Made this cookie with unsweetened coconut for the holidays and they were so good.I think they would be too sweet with sweetened coconut.Very easy to make and a "special"little taste treat. Now my family wants them all year round.I had no problem with them spreading out to much like some reviewers.

These were super easy to make, but the recipe on here left a lot to be desired. There is no mention of the drizzle on top in this recipe on here and no mention of white chocolate chips at all, so I was lucky I had some in my pantry to use. I had to search reviews to find it and in the end I just ended up putting them right into the cookie and making it that way. I think this is a pretty sweet cookie, but it is good maybe next time I will use unsweetened coconut and maybe drizzle semi sweet milk chocolate to just balance it out. I also used softened butter not melted per the directions that came with the bag of cookie mix.

The hardest part of making these cookies is finding the macadamia nuts. Everything else is unbelievably easy and these cookies are AMAZING! Like some others, I don't bother with the chocolate drizzle either. I just throw mini chips right into the batter. It's not as pretty as the drizzles, but it's just as tasty.

These cookies are awesome, and SO easy! Having read a couple of the negative reviews AND reading on the back of the sugar cookie mix package that it does not recommend melting butter, I ended up just using softened butter. I also decided not to do the white chocolate drizzle and instead I just put in 1/2 C of white chocolate chips into the mix. I baked them using my silicon baking sheet and this made them stay soft and chewy and not spread out that much -- excellent! The only problem is that the whole batch practically disappears the minute I get it out of the oven!

These cookies are very "gormet" and very simple. The macadamia nuts are super pricey, but I substituted slivered almonds and they worked perfectly! Thanks for the recipe Sandra Lee!

I just love coconuts and I had been looking for a way to come up with a good coconut recipe besides in cake form and I have to say this is the best yet. With or with out white chocolate on top.

Moist and delicious - and so easy! I added white chocolate chips, instead of drizzling the white chocolate. My family loved these!! (This recipe has caused me to search for other Semi-Homemade cookie recipes! Thank you for giving me the recipe for the easiest cookies (and certainly, one of the best I've ever made!

This recipe was SO easy and delicious! I doubled the recipe and made for a Hawaiian party - there were the hit of the party! The cookies were very moist - just be sure you really space out the cookies on the cookie sheets so they don't become a sheet cookie cake like other reviewers had issues with. Also - the white chocolate icing (which is not shown in the recipe here is really simple and a must! Just melt white chocolate morsels in the microwave, stir till creamy and put in a sandwich baggie - nip off one of the edges and drizzle over cooled cookies. ENJOY!

This was a good concept, however, the egg and melted butter made the cookies cook like a sheet cake. This was one big glob and not individual cookies. Additionally, when I tried to separate the cookies, they were too thin and they fell apart.
