So tender and flavorful! The rosemary makes such a difference in the oil.

I've never deep fried anything and was a bit intimidated to make fried chicken but was always wanted to. So, I make Tyler's fried chicken because I liked how he used a lot of different seasonings to spice up the batter. It was great! Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. This recipe is going in my recipe binder.

This is terrific chicken, but be careful about the frying temp. I found 350 a bit too hot for the size chicken I had. The batter was beginning to burn far before the bird was done, I turned down heat to 300 and was fine. I must admit I bought "Godzilla Bird" as opposed to a small fryer...my mistake. But the recipe is really good, try it guys--you will be glad you did!

Followed recipe exactly, the taste was good, but the chicken thighs I used did not completely cook through, so I ended up putting them in the oven to complete the cooking process.

I've never made fried chicken before and I thought this was pretty good. I burned the first batch (and even then it was still juicy on the inside so I kept the second batch in for a shorter time and it was really good. The breading had a lot of flavor. I enjoyed it!

Very tender and moist inside and the outside was extra crunchy and flavorful. It LOOKED yummy too! My husband took some for lunch the next day and was asked if he had KFC the nite before. Will definitley make again.
