    Truly this was the best fried chicken that I have ever made. It was very moist inside, even the breast meat!

    ALthough I don't usually cook using a deep fry method, this chicken looked so good, I thought I'd try it. Really easy to prepare-only had time to brine for about 1 1/2 hrs. Verdict: Delicious! Also made the roasted chili lime corn. Loved that as well.
    Can't wait to have leftovers for lunch today.
